MGT Elite Development Squads are for talented and committed players who are competing, or ready to compete, at JDL and SPL level and want to continue progressing towards higher-level football. Players train in a high-performance environment incorporating advanced technical development, tactical understanding, position-specific coaching and game-realistic decision-making. Squads also have opportunities to compete in selected tournaments and high-level fixtures, giving players additional exposure to competitive football. For players with the ability and ambition to progress further, the program provides the intensive development and preparation required to pursue opportunities at NPL level.
